I rec'd an order from thevirtualarmchairgeneral.com a variety of pieces from their Naval Guns and Ship fittings The old pieces were cast metal the new ones are in resin with much better detail, even the very delicate wheels and handles. My collection of Houston's guns and ships is sort of extensive and adding these new sculpts is a must. The bridge set and with a radio is just brilliant. I already have several for constructing new bridges for my ships or adding pieces to my old ones. Just look at these new guns and fitting here link More new fittings are coming, and it is hard to wait for them. |

Not my period, but I've always liked these models. I'm actually surprised they never pulled me in to buying/collecting the period. |

Dn Jackson! If your interests are mainstream LAND armies, there wouldn't be much need for what's being offered in the Houston Collection. But if you're into Colonials, where river gunboats are a feature, or if Pulp is "it", with your own Tramp Steamer for visiting Skull Island, etc, both interests are well served here! Cheers! TVAG |
