How late in the 1800s? For my hypothetical 1879 Russian invasion of South Australia I used the Warlord 7lber Gun with pith helmeted crew. The various companies with Sudan Campaign ranges would probably have what you need.

Also Castaway Arts from Australia make an awesome British gun crew for this period. Though it depends on what campaign and theatre as there are many great options.
