Finished another figure from Bombshell Miniatures just before Thanksgiving. I suspect that the sculpt is an homage to a Warrant Officer known for her experiences with parasitic hive creatures each packing a pair of big toothy smiles. There is a surprising level of detail on this one, making for a fun and challenging painting experience. On another note, I've been playing around with lighting, camera settings, and photo editing lately. The first thing I discovered is how much there is to learn! Is anyone else having the issues that dragon6 is reporting? I can't duplicate it on my PC or phone. |

blackjack071 – another miniature that I've recently purchased: you're inspiring me to get cracking painting. Also, no issues reaching your blog. Regards, Keith F. |

Oberlindes Sol LIC What? You don't want to run an "Attack of the Giant Woman" scenario? Seriously, though, I know what it's like to see a great looking miniature, check the scale, sigh, and move on! kmfrye Looking forward to seeing it! No time pressure, though. These things are best done at the pace that works for you. And thanks for the feedback on dragon6's issues! |
