Looking at artwork, I see decks in light brown, medium brown, even gray. What color are your decks?

16% said "light brown"

12% [TIE] said "grey-tan" OR "pale wood"

Unless I know for certain the deck is grey, I use a craft color called "Country Maple".

A lot of the deck planking was unseasoned wood.
Unseasoned wood in hull construction often led to warped boats too.
A nice light colour also makes the ships stand out visually.

Vallejo Deck Tan is a nice greyish color that lacks some of the yellow I often see on ship models
