Well, you're in luck because the town of Fort Wingate, New Mexico, just east of Gallup, is for sale. AdvertisementFounded in 1867, the area was home to former Generals, Buffalo Soldiers and Navajo Code Talkers… KOAT: link Would be a great location for Camp TMP! |

Darn, I'm $11 USDM short. So close. Without the fort, it's really an $11 USDM snowbird RV park. Seems a bit steep. |

It does seem to be on the high end, but I don't know what RV parks go for. |

RV's alone cost almost as much as a house… ;-) |

Does it come with people too? Are there any residents that come with the town, or do you get to populate it yourself? |

There are apparently renters in all of the properties. |

An old military base town? I have experience with those! How much does the speed trap take in? How much do the strippers kick back? What's the property tax on the pawn shops worth? But an old military base town without troopies on the old military base isn't worth a dime. |
