I have two questions regarding the Spanush Grenadiers
1 Were the Grenadiers still in the regiments or were they stripped out to form Battalion s 2 Did the Spanish Colonial regiments have Grenadiers? |

Not an expert. From what I've read the Luisiana Regiment had a grenadier company from about 1769. |

Yes they had Grenadiers in their Regiments. Usually kept together with the regiments. |

Galvez had Grenadiers at Pensacola. |
