Has anyone had any issues contacting Zombiesmith? I placed an order, got an email confirmation and a PayPal receipt for said order, but when I log into my account on Zombiesmith, it says "You have not placed any orders yet". What the frak?? 2 emails to the company over the past month have gone unanswered. Has anyone else had issues?

Zombiesmith's home page has a message saying.

"Due to a family emergency I have been going back and forth to the east coast the last few weeks.

This has put me behind but I am slowly catching up! Should be back to normal soon."

Ive ordered from them many times. Always slow but always get my stuff.

Indeed. Patience is needed here. Each of my Quar orders took at least a month plus a week at least.
