The Hobilar may have some articles in its archives that may yield results.
I have the article index which contains:

"The Banners of the Swiss Cantons and Allies" – Issue 1, p30
"Banners of the Burgundian Wars" – Issue 19, p21

I am not sure wether you will find something for "Black Forest" as this was, afaik, never a territory in its own right, its just a region. The same, if on a slightly smaller scope, goes for Baden, Braisgau, Sundgau, Thurgau, Wallis, etc…

Some of the others, especially cities will be shown with a coat of arms in their Wiki-entry, like Colmar or Strasbourg.
