This is compelling. My guess is the French infantry are 20mm metals and at least some of the Mamelukes are Hat plastic, or have I got that wrong?

true, the light infantry and the horse artillery are sculpted by Frank Ziegler, the line by HK Weiss, the Mameluckes look like work in progress.

Or are the Mamelukes the Italeri set of giants?
Armand when I first looked at them I thought they were the old Hat set, but the horses are poor in that set and not the ones shown here.

I hope Frank Ziegle would do Mameluckes as well, he sculpted a set of Scythians in incredible quality, actually I should ask him.

Please do von W. And, if possible, please post the result. I for one would very much like to know if well sculpted Mamelukes might exist in 1/72.
