Saw these reports a number of times as I follow/watch UFO/Alien reality/documentaries, etc. And yes, the USSR has had similar UFOs cases/events. I find the topic interesting and I enjoy sci-fi as well as history.
However, some can scoff/laugh/etc., at UFO & alien reports, footage, pics, etc. With everyone having cell cams, CCT, security cams, etc., we see more and more evidence. No doubt, most/many can be revealed as hoaxes, miss-ID'd, etc.
But some of these cases, about 5% can't be dismissed. And not only IMO. Especially with many trained observers/reliable witnesses, etc.,. including many LEO and Military[e.g. the recent USN FA-18 footage, etc.] seeing and making these reports. As well as showing up on radar or not but yet seen visually*(?), etc.
Even the Pentagon had/has programs, e.g. AATIP, etc., to address this.
We can't be so blind/biased, etc., to believe we are the only one intelligent life forms[it can be argued, IF we could be considered intelligent lifeforms!] in this galaxy, universe, multiverse, etc.
Laugh if you want, but IMO[which may or may not be valid?], there is something going on. And much we don't know, or some don't want us to know for whatever reasons, etc.[e.g. Orson Wells, WotW radio show, 1938, and reactions], etc.
So IMO the last "word" on this is yet to be "written" … With more intel/information coming out almost, everyday, etc.
