My article on the "Norman Conquest of Southern Italy & Sicily" is now out in the inaugural issue of Military Miniature magazine (Oct-Dec 2021). I also took the photos of my toys featured on the cover. Nifty!

The article includes a scenario for So Convenient for Hewing. Rules available from lulu.

Had a look online and can't see how you can buy it as other than a pdf – I would like a good printed magazine as I find electronic publications a poor substitute.

As hard copy magazines seem to be unable to trade at a reasonable level for international sales, I think we are going to see less paper and more digital in the future.

MY international subscription to WI has just been cancelled because they can't afford to send internationally now. And WSS appear to have dropped the quality of the paper they are using for the bulk of their magazine, presumably to keep costs down.

Times they are a changing.

I liked the look of my first copy of MM, have yet to start reading but it looks good so far.
