I am not sure about UK ebay but we get absolutely flooded by these on Aust ebay – it is a total nuisance wading through screens of them every time you search on 1/72 models.

Anyway, as is clear from the robo-translated descriptions and the "models" themselves, these are actually toys. Apart from the thick clunky details, there are big problems with scaling which varies widely and some of the tanks have generic running gear that has nothing to do with the actual vehicle being depicted. But yes, they are definitely cheap…

For example, Will (from Will's Wargames blog) estimated their SdKfz 7/2 to be approx. 1/67.

The guns appear to be poor quality Knock-offs of Zvezda "Art of Tactic" items.
