Even if true, it is really none of their concern. There are Iranians in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and probably in the West Bank and Gaza too.

If the IDF is deployed anywhere outside Israel, it would probably be covertly. I don't think the IRGC would be much of a match for the IDF pound for pound.
