Preferably with an American supplier.

….I was able to find some free files someone had made while googling a few years ago.The size was right, and I was able to utilize some as given, but in the end I used them as a template when I ended up painting my own. It wasn't as tedious as I had expected, but thank god for my magnifying lamp! I would like to see if someone offers up something that can be bought…

Yes! TVAG has them as part of the Mexican War Flags Collection, but only for Mexican units.

What are you specifically looking for? I might be able to make some up for you, and at a friendly price for my time.

Not pennons as such, but in the "days of yore" when my group toyed with playing The War of the Roses I found that decal companies such as the Armory sold 25mm heraldic decals that can be applied to surcoats, shields & flags.

My friend and I are looking for cast metal pennons. Paper ones are very definitely back burner Plan B.

He wants them for British colonial lancers. I want them for Pulaski's Legion and Lauzun's Legion lancers.

Not an American supplier but Front Rank sell them in their Napoleonic range. The shipping costs may be better than the paper option.

GMB do some excellent pennants for various nations. I would check them out.

Make your own, I'm sure you have a roll of tinfoil…

Back in the day when I have several cavalry heavy armies for 6th Edition, I used plain masking tape. Put a strip around the lance, trim to shape, and paint. The masking tape had a texture that looked great in 25mm and they were durable.

Or thicker "lead foil" from wine bottles? If you don't have any PM me, I have loads.

Indeed! Tho I like the masking tape idea too- was it crinkly style?

Thanks for the answers.
The masking tape idea looks very interesting.
