Despite issues others are having with this company, I have yet to have such problems. I ordered from Hasslefree Miniatures on Sept. 11th; received a shipping notice on Sept 26th; package arrived today on Sept 29th in Ontario, Canada with no issues. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I am extremely pleased once again having ordered from them and received my order in a timely manner with no issues. Thank you Hasslefree!!

Glad you had a good experience with them. When I had a small issue with my order and asked to have it fixed simply by them including the missing item in my next order, I couldn't get any response. Over several months, emailing every email address I could find for them. Which of course, means no more orders from me. It's a shame, because their products are great. But the customer service is non existent. |
