I found being chained to video calls for ten hours a day wrecked my neck and shoulder, and I wasn't drinking enough either.

Personally, I experienced a significant improvement in the quality of life while working from home. Unfortunately I now have to commute 3 days a week including having a negative test before being allowed in to the office and that IS a PITA.

I painted a great deal more working from home. Just returned to the office so my painting will drop off considerably. However it is nice to see some coworkers versus the 4 walls of my basement.

I have painted a lot more since working remote (since the whole thing started over 1.5 years now), and I love it!

Nothing like taking your lunch hour and painting miniatures.

I workout after work most days, except the weekend, so nothing other than the usual workout aches & pains.
