Some time ago here, on a thread about Stan someone, maybe one of those who did go fighting there, had a sort of unfinished classification of the various contingents.
Looks he did not want to hurt any feelings.
To play (which I don't anymore, but out of curiosity- and I have a pal who does) we could want to grade abilities.
He had something like this:
1 those who could fight, wanted and were allowed.
2 same but not allowed
3 could not, wanted and were allowed.
4 could not, did not want, not allowed
5 could, did not want
Etc. More variations.
Could the vets fill it, maybe with years variations?
That might stop for ex. traders making Germans for games😜
Or just fr the frustrated ones.
