I was able to see the first page once, but after having left I can no longer see it or the others. However, in my brief glance I was quite mystified. The two flags with the red borders are Saxon, but I didn't see any troops in Saxon uniforms, certainly not the blue tunic/red trouser combination (unless it is some sort of French-inspired mid-19th century uniform, before they were absorbed in the Prussian orbit? But definitely not Napoleonic-era Saxons). Concur on the black uniforms with light-blue collars – Brunswickers for certain. |
