Never played Luetzen before, and knew next to nothing about the battle before this month. Now I know it makes for a great wargame! A couple of photos and a brief AAR (along with some other recent gaming activities) are on my BBBBlog but not enough to do Mark's excellent scenario justice:
link If you like refighting entire battles, I strongly recommend Luetzen – one of the best scenarios I've soon for promoting manoeuvre by both sides and providing challenging decisions. |

Oh yeah, it is nice to have the chance to pass on some knowledge and enthusiasm. This wasn't a one-off – every time, it's "Can we go in the war room? Can we have a wargame?" Not to mention having to skirmish forward in pairs from lamp post to lamp post when going for a pub lunch. The boy's got potential. |

Looks great. I am thinking of using BBB to refight all the major battles of 1813, am working on a Dennewitz at the moment, any chance to have a look at your Lützen scenario? |
