The Tiger is real. But not an original stand alone. It's was made from all original parts in Europe and shipped over.

I've heard the Tiger is complete and operational. Can you confirm that?

No. It is a future goal to get the vehicle driveable, but currently it is not. The immediate goal was to have a more convincing Tiger than the prop from Fury with authentic parts, which is done.
