It is finally done. A many years project for the LoTR using Impetus rules. Still need to play test my Orc list but the figures are at least completed. Used Vendel Orcs because I like the more realistic, gritty look to these troop types (can't stand the cartoonish look that many companies give orcs nor the movie depiction.) Picked these figures up from Vendel, Sgt Major Miniatures, a few conventions and a small final order from Thistle and Rose. The Ogres/Trolls are Ral Partha. The leaders are Reaper. About 535 pieces in total.

cc, I am planning to use Impetus for my games. Since Impetus doesn't have fantasy lists I made up one for the army. Haven't had a chance to playtest it yet but I think it could be a lot of fun.
