On a scale of zero (none) to ten (ultimate), how much are you enjoying/expect to enjoy the current Olympic games?

Well … about 50% were at least watching it a wee bit or more, while about 50% could care less. : )

My indifference is beyond measure.

That is the trouble of zero….there can be no element of measure.

Bless these poor athletes who have trained for years, to now perform in empty stadia, with many an opponent missing due to disease, politics and doping or doubts about their gender. The locals do not want them there.

World news on the BBC is almost lost between the Games coverage and the Boris response (or lack of) to some virus thing in the UK. Not a mention of Afghanistan, the Persian Gulf, Taiwan, Mediterranean fires etc

Deadhead, listen to Radio 4, you'll hear all of those. I rarely watch TV news, but when I do I notice the fact that they spend time on stories that they have pictures for.

The Olympic coverage seems to have been quite good from this perspective, especially in coverage of the track and field events. Enjoyed the coverage of the swimming as well. Less than good in covering some team events, decent gymnastics and diving coverage, over kill on women's beach volley ball, didn't seem to be much for things like boxing and wrestling, and enjoying seeing some of the events that don't usually get much coverage ever.

There are no 2021 Games, ergo enjoyment can't be >0.
