If anyone from Frontline-Games is seeing this, I am trying to purchase a lot of stuff from you and your shopping cart will not cooperate. It will not accept my password but shows it has my email address. So I hit the button to have a password reset sent to my email address and then it says I did not enter anything into a required field. The only fields are my message and my email address. I try to complete the order without going into my account and it says I already have an account and must sign into my account first! It wont let me send a message to them and gives me a error message. I have ordered before with no problem. My mistake was to set up an account. Not allowing your customers to order is not a good business model. At least that is what I learned in Business 101. But I went to a state school, so I could be wrong. |

I went ahead and ordered directly from North Star. No problems with their system. |

And the award for least patient customer goes to… the person posting late afternoon according to TMP stamped time about a business located several time zones to the east and therefore in the evening and almost certainly out of hours, with the follow-up of I've ordered elsewhere coming just 21 minutes later… But seriously, sometimes shopping carts fail. The company doesn't design them to do that, it just sometime happens that there is a glitch that may affect some customers but not others. |

Shopping carts can be very fickle, it could be your browser, settings, and so on. Many different reasons it could be happening, it has happened to me before on some websites. Try emailing directly. sales@frontline-games.com |

I tired all day. There are a lot of options for ordering figures. You snooze, you lose. It would help if there was an email address you could use to request help. But nope, had no way to contact them. That was what set me off, their message box or whatever you call them didn't work. I don't mind the occasional glitch but not having anyway to tell them about the problem, is ridiculous. Thanks for email address Warlord. I couldn't find it on their site. But I bought every thing from other dealers. Didn't have any problems ordering from all of them. |

Frontline's email address is clearly visible on its front page, in the footer, where most email addresses appear nowadays. It also has a Facebook page, again linked from the front page of the site, which if you believe in using Facebook would allow you to contact them via Messenger. |

If so my apologies but I was having a hell of a time trying to contact them |

You are correct way down at the bottom of the page is the contact info. I was so frustrated with their shopping cart I didn't see it. My bad. Apologies to Frontline. Might consider putting the email address near the message box. |

You can often derive the email address from a message box. If it has a "contact" (or similar, email, message…) hyperlink (highlighted word). Sometimes right clicking will allow you to copy the address, then to paste into your new email message. It may depend on your browser and such technical tomfoolery. |

I think I have placed an order with them. But despite being told I would receive an email confirmation, I did not. Moreover, when I try and use the order number provided to send a note using the contact, it will not accept said order number. So, I have used the provided email address to ask if the order was received. I don't expect to hear over the holiday weekend, but hope to hear something next week… Quick update -- I received a response to me email in about an hour with all the information I required. Good communication over the holiday weekend, |
