A Victorian-era personality figure, not currently available in 28mm scale, needed for your tabletop gaming.

I'm with DisasterWargamer – currently painting up figures for colonial Africa, the Africans – mostly – first, 454 last month and a similar amount this month (hopefully). That first batch is based, tufted, and seal coated and ready to go. And all in 15 mm. Could use some personalities like Speke, Gordon, Karl Peters, etc. Despite all the 'noise' about 28 mm, 15 mm is still a very popular scale.

Foundry has most of the main Europeans you'd want for Darkest Africa gaming and they even have Tippu Tip. What they are lacking are African personalities like Omukama Kabalega of Bunyoro or Mlozi of lake Nyasa. So a few of those could be cool. It does seem like a lot of the bigger empires and kingdoms, in Africa, had ceremonial dress for royalty so even generic miniatures could stand in for various kings and chiefs. Not that it is really a line of miniatures that would sell well. Darkest Africa is a niche period anyway and those of us that want to model various African nations in a level above Foundry tribal spearmen are a niche inside a niche.

Prince Rupert of the Rhine Which one of the Foundry figures is Tippu Tip? Is it the figure with sword resting on the left shoulder and the right hand raised?
