I've always found 'favourite' battle or conflict a curious and probably unfortunate choice of words. But as a shortahnd for most interesting or rewarding to study, I'll go along with this.

Clearly: Montmirail, Feb 1814 (including the actions at Champaubert, Chateau-Thierry and Vauchamps.)

Kulm, 29–30 August 1813, for me. So many "what-if" scenarios.

Dresden for 1813.

For 1814 the series of battles against Blucher in February-Champeaubert, Montmirail, Vauchamps and Chateau Thierry.

Blucher was badly defeated and his army nearly destroyed.

Dennewitz?

Is there a good tactical treatment of this battle?

Mincio River, 8th February 1814

Dresden 1813, a battle Napoleon should have lost but won in some style against the odds.
