Last weekend we played our annual DBA weekend camapaign. these time the theme was the migration of people, ca. 400. The winner in the end were the Visigoth, who had conquered Rome.

I'd say part of it was the lack of ready-made 28mm armies.

I would say that one of the selling point of DBA, besides being fun to play, is that it can be done with cheap armies in a small space.

15mm is the sweet spot but variety is the spice of life. I have all different scales.
