I took four days off from work and spent some quality time with my kids (12 and 16) who live with their mom.

Minus helmets and rifle slings, I painted 22 U.S. 25mm Ice Station Zebra figures.

I read 150 pages about various French personages from the F&IW.

I watched two Russian WWII films of youtube, and on DVD I watched Rope of Sand, Ice Station Zebra (inspiration for above mentioned miniatures), Cross of Iron, and Excalibur.

All in all, a great week for me.

Completed about 100 15mm Austrians, 64 Jaegers and 48 Gunners

Just need to base and Turf.

This should make my 1809 Austrians as near as complete as I'll need.

That is a good week! What are you going to do with the Ice Station Zebra figs? Run a game of ISZ?

Thanks.

Hey John, more of the genre than the movie. I picked up some minis in the Marketplace, but I figured I could add a varying cast that includes more scientists and civilians, a Yeti, Inuits, dog sleds, a lost tribe of Neanderthals, and who knows what else for 'Pulp at the top of the World.'

This is the first time I've picked up a brush in months.

That's good work, Sabre6.

Don't forget the giant Preying Mantis!

Or a sabertooth tiger.

Great week for you chaps – last week I just worked like a Trojan (year end is June 30) and managed one turn of a play by email Napoloeonic battle – plus did finish a Tau Crisis Suit that had been half done for about a year
