Ok not Groovy so much as scary. I need some type of space bug that's not just an Aliens or Tyranids knockoff.

Intelligent looking bugs are cool too. I'm pretty open. Big bugs would be fine. Throw me any ideas. 28-32mm. Thanks for any recommendations. Plastic or resin preferably.

Sentient or animal? Hmm.

Wargames Atlantic spiders come with some parts for sci-fi weapons, I believe: link

How about this Thri-Kreen (From D&D's "Dark Sun" setting): link There are others, but they tend to be armored or armed with melee weapons.

Link to Thri-Kreen doesn't work

I have a batch of warrior bugs from the old Starship troopers game I'd part with…

That Thri-Kreen is apparently "Lords of Madness #50" FRX: link

Reaper has a couple of candidates for scary bugs as well: link

Hey Crispy, thanks but not quite what I'm looking for.

Reaper has some interesting choices!

This one's pretty spot on. I just wish it had multiple poses:

Rebelminis bugs are nice. A mix of large ones and smaller.

Hit the dollar stores, worth a look for giant plastic bugs… ;-)

Extra Crispy I will buy those bugs if you still interested in selling.

Do you have a printer Uesugi? You could cut it up in an appropriate software (cut it at all the joints, neck and waist) and print the parts out then assemble in any pose you want, drilling and pinning the limbs together, that's how Ide do it
