I was looking at The Armchair Generals Colonial random events card decks for The Sword & Flame and I was wondering A. Can they be used for other rules sets (I use The Men Who Would Be Kings) and B. Are there generic event decks out there for Colonial gaming? Specifically in my case Darkest Africa, Sudan and NW Frontier.
Thanks.

I have the Zulu war deck. They are more theater specific than TSATF specific. Even that is mainly due to the illustrations.

I seem to recall events that call units away or add units. Some only effect one turn (delay movement). I would see no issue using them for other games.

If you look on the website there are pictures of some of the cards in each deck. I also noticed a both terrain and general decks.

Actually, they had a generic events deck for quite some time and there are specific, theater event decks. The generic deck, if I remember right (I have one here somewhere!), has all kinds of things like reinforcements, units going into a frenzy and charging, MGs jamming, etc. We've used them many times and they add a lot of fun to an already chaotic game. Two of the funnest moments was where we pulled the "Lieutenant's Gone Blarmy!" card (?) where the units under his command have all kinds of random effects. The other was when a fire started on the battlefield and kept moving in the same direction for three turns in a row. One player thought there was no way it would move in the same direction four times in a row and refused to abandon his defensive position. Sure enough, the fire moved in that same direction and took out half of his unit!

What's the website where I can look to buy some of these card decks?

Glengarry5, yes sir, you most definitely can in my opinion. I've been playing TSATF since the mid 1980's and love it. However, over the pandemic I played some remote TMWWBK that my buddy ran so I can honestly say it will work. You may just have to tweak the results a tad bit. I pulled out a couple of my event decks and confirmed it will work, just review before the game. I always review a deck before I run a game and pull out the cards that don't suit the scenario or are inappropriate for what I have in mind.

There is also a Darkest Africa Terrain Deck. It will also work in my opinion.

I have also been affected by the LT's gone barmey card, it was a hoot!!!
