That is by far the coolest piece of terrain/ building ever!
It will really help to bring the game to life. Very nicely done.

I would be tempted to roll a few bloody heads done the steeps. That's normal, right?

Well done.

Heads down the steps, followed by headless bodies. Just what they did on a Saturday.

Very nice! Love the colours – vibrant and makes it come to life

When we see dusty ruins today we forget that the people who built them had paint, imagination and the desire to impress

Terrific! Superb. What you have done so far is absolutely outstanding. I will be doing Aztecs as well as soon as I have the money to buy some figs. I plan on creating the structures digitally so I can 3d print them.

Vibrant use of colors. It'll be an impressive sight on the table.

I'm picturing the scene when they were working on it:

"Just paint the steps red."

"So it won't show the blood?"

"So it won't show the blood."

"You got it!"

Thanks to all – yeah, that's why the steps are red!

And of course, the Aztecs would first remove the beating hearts of their victims. Then, they would behead them!

Wow, beautiful! Amazing blog and posts as well. I distinctly remember my time staying in the Yucatán and how in awe I was of the ancient sites.
