Any good source for metal 28mm revolvers and rifles accessories for the period 1880-1918-ish? Could probably use revolvers as late as WW2. |

Castaway Arts used to carry a variety of different guns, but now seem to carry only one type of rifle: link Reaper sells sets of Modern Weapons and 20th Century Weapons, if you just need one of whatever weapon. The pistols come with a hand attached, which is probably less fiddly than trying to put a revolver in somebody's hand. link Grelber |

I would try a search on Shapeways. I get a lot of "extras" like this there. link link |

Battle E-fects make a couple of packs you might find useful: link There's also Col. Bill's Western Weapons pack: link |

Victory force miniatures has a nice collection of German, US, and Russian weapons being held by hands. Below is the link where you can pick what you want, they have Lugars and early German bolt action rifles and Russian. Somewhere on their site are pictures of everything that they have for the hands but for the life of me could never find it. They also have lots of really nice equipment like Molotov cocktails and grenades and Satchell charges, wire and wire cutters. They have left hand and right hand. link |

I am glad I asked, I was considering the British WW2 plastics set by Warlord Games which has a couple of pistols. link But it's Colonel Bills for the win! It's a great set for rifles and pistols. |
