Here is my first attempt at World War II era infantry. I think they turned out well. I put on a Matilda tank just to see the tanks and infantry together. The models are from Pico Armor

nicely done, I am a big fan of 3mm. Why no flock on the figure bases?

I did not flock the figure bases because I feel like it obscures the figures too much when viewed during a game. It looks much more stark in the photo with the close up focus and the glare of the light. The figure bases are painted green with light ochre coat on top so on the table the figure bases blend into the the flock pretty well.

I'm debating whether trying clear stands might be a viable alternative for this scale too, at least for vehicle basing?

@Repaint – your WW2 3mm scale scenic stands are the tops……wish you would provide images (or docs) of your unit labels too, that your friend made up for you (they're excellent).
