A collection of WW1/WW2 audio books in English language (several memoirs of German WW2 veterans incl) seems to be available on YouTube. These are recitations of entire books running from 3 to 9+ hours each. Some are presented in two parts due to length.

Some examples –

"Tigers in the Mud" Carius

"Tiger Tracks" Faust
YouTube link

"The Eastern Front 1914-1917" Stone

Various others, including von Rosen's book, are available; just check the screens for further viewing options.
