Question for anyone who's picked up the Perry plastic Austrians. Are the figures complete except for the head and backpack or do you have to glue arms on each figure also? I'm not a fan of gluing arms on as I never seem to be able to get them looking correct. Thanks for any help!

Some arms are attached but some need to be glued on. In my opinion it is worth the effort just persevere.

Very few arms not attached. (Only the drummer and the NCOs.)

IMO too few. Every officer will be the same.

In the cav you have to attach the right arm variants… I also hadn't touched a 'plastic kit' model in 20+ years and finding the right shoulder position does take time.
I've reset a couple after a few minutes.

In fact I'm doing the first cav regiment in full by sorting heads/ helmets/ arms to make full bodies, while command and horses are then part assembled and will I decided be part painted before mounting them, contrary to the way I've been doing metals for last 20…
