Hello All I was planning on use some Heroquest Zombies as "Thrall", Undead minions from the old PC real time strategy game "MYTH". There is a picture & some info here on them here: link The miniatures are very similar (Undead Zombie types with two-handed axes!), with the main thing that the Hero Quest Zombies are lacking is their shoulder pad armour.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be used to make these shoulder pads from? I have about 40 of these (meaning that I would need 80 shoulder pads) – so easy to acquire parts would be preferable! Thanks in advance for any suggestions. |

For something that simple I would just get some green stuff and make round balls cut in half and press onto the shoulder, done, easy peasey. |

Oo, great old computer game. Played the heck out that one. The deadpan "Casualty" voice bit was perfect, as were the dwarf voices. |

I would guess that shoulder armor is one of the easiest conversion "bitz" to source: virtually every WH40K figure has gigantic "pauldrons," are they called? So, just a quick Google gives: megabitzshop.com |
