"TFL shipping turnaround?" Topic

Ordered a book and accessory package from Too Fat Lardies. Now running on 18 days and no sign of shipment notice--does TFL provide such?

Anyone in USA have any waiting time experience these days?

Relax…there's this funny little thing called Covid that strangely seems to be affecting things like postal services, shipping etc.

Updates aren't shipments or mail. It's just shooting out an email.

Richard Clarke has been in health troubles by spades these last weeks, hospital etc. Compelled to be on light duties and rst to save himself. No fun. Together with an ill luck that a change of storage was planned recently.

Yes, I do know about COVID folks. Richard got back to me finally… shipped on the day of the order, so it's plausible that the book is to arrive soon.

Since I never had a shipping notice, I was nervous. But apparently my incoming email ate any semblance of a shipping note.

My last Europe order was 15 days from label to receipt.

Surprisingly quick, in light of the 28 days it took for Studio 2 to label and then to send me my Savage Worlds Kickstarter goodies--US-based of note.

Also, thanks for the update--I had not heard about Richard's health issues.

If there are health issues simply post a notice on the website explaining such and giving a heads up about delays etc.. This doesn't seem like rocket science to me. Basic 101 in communication.

Looking at social media, the health issues are a private matter for one person and not affecting their post room operation nor the flow of orders. Probably why no such message has been posted.

R.c. said it has no impact on operations. People in small companies do not have the privilege to slow down.

Richard is trying a re-send for me, hoping the package makes it to me this time.

A quick note that my O Group on the second try reached me in 14 days.
