Yes, it's a very good article. Even if the conclusions are not as certain as the author would like, due to the small sample size, the explanation of the German repair system and the resulting tendency of units to hold onto non-runners is useful. |

A great example of a link that beat the "four hour rule" and prompted discussion. Keep up the good work. Once you are released. But maybe compromise a bit? There is an art to knowing when to fight. |
