I was not aware that wargamers went to this length before the actual wargame? LOL The first 'proclamation' appears to be trying to create an air of fear, something relevant to what the media does so well these days, while the second is offering freedom. Will this have any effect on the actual wargames? Keep tuned. Anything can happen! |
