"Many, many years ago, I enrolled in a painting course with Julio Cabos at Andrea Miniatures. Added to the inscription was included as a gift a figure to choose from and, as I am not very fond of painting historical figures, I selected Verthandi. The poor thing has been waiting for a long time to be painted and, finally, in 2020 it was her time…"

What a strange figure. No high-heeled boots, no functionless shoulder pieces with spikes to poke the side of her own head, and a sword sized for an actual person and not a forklift. And where's the pigeon-toed stance or the baby-doll features?

But seriously, fantastic figure and superb paintjob.
