Very interesting … even a little surprising … |

a little training has never hurts anyone, is good for collateral relations, and you can hint to various degrees changes in policy to the mysterious hostile opponent. Besides that, I would not see too much into it. |

Cross training with allies or even other militaries is generally a good idea. You might even learn ways to do things "better", etc. |

Nothing new as Israel often trains with NATO partner countries. |

Both have trouble with Turkey. I'm surprised that Greece did not join in. |

Nothing new as Israel often trains with NATO partner countries. We had foreign exchange officers in many of our courses, etc., in the US Army when I was on active duty, '79-'90. Including Israel and Egypt. As well as Lebanon, Malaysia, Sudan, the ROK, some places in Africa, maybe even Yemen(?), etc. France(FFL) and the UK of course, even as instructors. |
