I've just done a short post on a limber Martin at Warbases sent me last year. I put it away and forgot where……. It turned up yesterday, so I've done a post. I'd already converted some of his other limbers into this new pattern and showed one off to him at Fiasco 2019 (I think). He took a photo, and voila. Post here: link

His Gribeauval limbers, from which I made the ones in the picture, only cost £1.50 GBP each. I imagine the pre-lasered 18C ones will cost the same. WBs pre-made ones simply take a small amount of cutting up out of the equation and give perfect uniformity. |
