A movie about the the close friendship between Navy aviators Jesse Brown and Tom Hudner and their heroism during the Battle of Chosin Reservoir is being made. Brown was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and died from injuries after his plane was shot down by North Korean fire. Hudner deliberately crashed his plane in an attempt to rescue Brown, which failed. link link Jim |

Already a great book by Adam Makos. One of several moving books he has written. I recommend them all. From the Adam Makos website: link |
