The penultimate group of models constructed for my Trafalgar Project concludes with this British generic three-decker, one of seven such vessels including the Victory and Royal Sovereign in the British fleet and leaving just three more to be constructed in the final group build.

These big British ships will provide the punch and counter-punch element for my Royal Navy commanders, combining as they do well motivated and able crews with plenty of firepower and resistance to damage.

What kit did you use for this model? I assume there are no generic three deck models in plastic available at Warlord. Wish there were.

This model is the Warlord British first rate, that is supplied with three different figureheads/bow decoration.

Thank you, and yes the Warlord models can be made to look very nice.

I have put together several tutorials around building and rigging these kits so if you decide to go large you might find them helpful. Just go to the blog and use the link ‘Tutorials' in the tab at the top of the page or you can use this link
