Does any one know of a company that produces a model in 6mm of a French Napoleonic telegraph station?

I am not familiar with one in any genre at 6mm. That said, cast a wider net and look at the ACW, colonials, etc.

Try Brigade Models small scenery as they have some semaphore stations. Unsure if they are 3 or 6mm.
