"Top U.S. officials are warning that countries around the world can no longer hide from the ramifications of an ever more ambitious and aggressive China.

And they say Beijing is growing ever more comfortable flexing its military might farther away from home.

"We have a taste of what it means to be led by China or to be deeply influenced by China," Navy Rear Admiral Michael Studeman, the director for intelligence for U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, told a virtual conference Tuesday…."

China's neighbors already know what it is like to exist beside China. But I think the world already has a taste of what it is like to do business with China, and seems that most countries are not happy with the arrangement…. see Africa for example…

Prepare for the future and learn to say "yes master" in Mandarin.

That may be true and sooner than we'd think … Especially with all the connections that many in the US Gov't have with the PRC/CCP …

They haven't even started yet, with the exception of Hong Kong and Tibet.

The U.S. wants trading partners. China seems to want to reestablish Colonialism.
(This last statement is extreme admittedly but not far fetched IMO)

Watching some different documentaries, I can understand why American culture is resented though. Seeing movies with Chinese backing has glaring shifts that support certain, shall we say, state sponsored views of history, culture and underlying politics as well.

China wants to rule the world … that has been well known for a long time. The US is in their way … at least for now.

"The US is in their way….".

Not anymore.

A paltry, $1.5 USD+ BILLION investment in a certain American family eliminated that, not to mention other current, and/or future promised payments we may be unaware of.

Top US officials are more concerned about being woke than running the country. China on the over hand is building their country. They are building cities, growing their economy, strengthening their military and doing all the things a serious government does. The US has become a silly country.
