During the 100 days campaign, did the Dutch-Belgian army use French artillery guns or did the use British artillery guns?

They used French guns.

As said, they used the French An XI ordnance, mostly 6 pdrs. There has bee some debate about what colour the woodwork was as a uniform colour was not introduced until after the Napoleonic Wars. It is likely that French artillery green was on most carriages as per their recent sourcing.

Thank you for the info. I guess the eight guns Ney captured at Quatre Bras were easy enough to add to his own batteries then.

Some good links posted by Tango should explain things.

Well done Tango.

That took a lot of work by you and it is very useful indeed. The TMP search facility is better than it was but still misses a lot.

Thanks. That sort of input may answer many criticisms

So happy to be a little useful my good friend! (smile)

Here's my humble effort: link

That is great contribution. I thought I had seen most of the contemporary illustrations of DB artillery, but there are few watercolours here that are new to me.

The trumpeter in a shako and not the Belgian colpack. Brilliant. There is a large painting of a HA rider in the Brussels Museum also (not my best photo but…);

The figures are mostly Franznap Bavarians converted.
