Kinda. US court finds for crew of USS Pueblo in lawsuit against North Korea. They will never see a dime. I won't even go into the failings of our own government in this affair. link link |

A court judgment can be used to seize property owned by the North Korean government, both in the USA and in countries that allow enforcement of US judgments. The lawyers for the plaintiffs have probably had investigators looking into assets that can be seized since before they took the case. |

I'm guessing that any country that allows NK to own property isn't going to seize it to satisfy a US debt. |

I'm sure NK has certain friends who won't allow this to become a big issue. How many of the crew are still alive, and how many even know of the event? |

The PRC is Un's Godfather. Regardless how many of the Pueblo's are still alive. Many of us over 55 and Vets know all about this attack. A sad situation that never should have occurred. But that's another story … |

A work colleague was an MIO in USS Pueblo. He transferred stateside pending his separation and discharge (term expired) a week before she was seized. |
