I bought a batch of unpainted Black Tree Saxons. Really like them but want to fill out some units. Reluctant to order from BTD in US or UK because of reviews on here. Which figures are most compatible? Would Footsore work?

If you don't mind plastic there are lots of choices that would work. Gripping Beast, Victrix and Warlord all have good sets.

Black Tree are taller and more slender than most other companies. Victrix might be similar height as they are reputedly on the more heroic side.

Colonel Bills often have lots of Black Tree second hand bare metal stuff for sale
