Many years ago, someone wrote an article adding other countries armies to Barry Edward's 'Playable Napoleonic Wargames.' I had it in the rule book but it seems to have disappeared. This is a long shot but perhaps someone remembers it. I think it was within the first 150 issues or so . If you remember it, I'd appreciate it.. Thanks. Hal [halthinglum@aol.com |

You may have already done this but WI has an archive called The Vault: link Searching for the above shows recent issues and two Bite-Size issues. Nothing in the first 150 issues though. |

I'm pretty sure I have an electronic copy on my PC. If I dig it out how would I send it? |

Sorry, didn't spot the email first time around – I've had a quick skim through the first 150+ issues in my list of articles and a word search for 'Edwards' and 'playable' which turned up quite a few hits on adverts for his rules but nothing that seemed to fit the bill. Word search is unreliable as the pdfs are scanned in so the quality doesn't always allow for character recognition and I don't have anything too clever for OCR. I can look again if you're sure it's in 1-150 of WI and can give me some clues about what period the rules are extended to (that should be in my article list) and what it is about the article that's stuck in your mind so I can confirm it's the right one. I have W1 1-225 and MW 1-350. |
