Issues for discussion:
• Economic and military preparedness of the USSR and Germany for a long-term war
• Reasons for collapse of the Barbarossa plan: Germany's military strategy error, "General Winter", Red Army's resistance?
• Was the evacuation in the USSR successful? Was there evacuation in Germany?
• Transferring the economy to a war footing – where was it more successful?
• Is Germany's defeat – political, military or economic?
• Role of the allies in the War

I haven't watched the video, but I think the reasons are rather obvious.
1) Germany didn't have the population to occupy the entire country. Capturing territory and keeping it are not the same thing.
2) As long as Stalin didn't give up, they would win in the end. And he had long since proven that he didn't care how many people he killed to stay in power.
3) The only chance Germany had would have been to come in as liberators not oppressors. Break up the Soviet Union into many smaller countries with complete autonomy. But that wasn't going to happen either.

1. Was the German population sufficient for the occupation of Europe? And do not forget that the role of the occupation forces was often performed by Germany's allies and collaborationists.
2. Irrecoverable losses of the USSR army – about eleven million people. A little less than seven million people died in battle and from wounds, and almost two million POW were destroyed by the Nazis in captivity. The rest of the dead are civilians destroyed by the Nazis. If the Nazis had won and established their "new order", the numbers of the "non-Aryans" killed would have been an order of magnitude (or even several orders of magnitude) higher. What has Stalin got to do with it?
3. Nazi Germany – a liberator?))) Nonsense. Freedom was provided there only for the Aryans)))

The discussion focused on the economic aspect of the war. Whose economy was more efficient.

History shoved us who was better – the Soviet was. After all nazi atrocities against people there were no other solution then fight them to the end.
